【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店物资的入库、出库、调拨、盘点等日常管理工作，确保账实相符；
2、严格执行物资验收标准，对入库物品进行质量、数量检查，并做好记录；
3、定期整理仓库，保持库房整洁有序，确保物资分类存放、标识清晰；
4、根据各部门需求，及时、准确地完成物资发放工作，并做好相关登记；
5、协助财务部门完成月度、季度及年度库存盘点工作，提供准确的库存数据；
6、监控库存水平，及时提出采购建议，避免物资短缺或积压；
7、负责仓库安全管理，做好防火、防盗、防潮等工作，确保物资安全；
8、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的仓库管理知识，熟悉出入库流程及库存管理规范；
2、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够严格执行仓库管理制度；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效配合；
4、能够熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word等），具备基础的数据处理能力；
5、身体健康，能适应仓库环境的工作要求；
6、有酒店行业库管经验者优先，无经验者可培训上岗。
