【岗位职责】
1、负责便利店商品的日常销售、收银及库存管理工作，确保货品陈列整齐、充足；
2、热情接待顾客，提供专业的商品咨询和推荐服务，提升顾客购物体验；
3、定期检查商品保质期，及时处理临期或过期商品，确保食品安全；
4、负责门店清洁卫生，保持货架、收银台及公共区域整洁有序；
5、协助完成每日营业报表、盘点及交接班记录，确保账实相符；
6、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，并及时向上级汇报；
7、执行门店促销活动，配合完成相关宣传及销售任务；
8、遵守公司规章制度及操作流程，确保工作合规高效。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础的电脑操作能力，入职培训考核通过后方可上岗
2、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能够耐心、细致地对待顾客；
3、具备基础的数学计算能力，能熟练操作收银系统及办公软件；
4、工作认真负责，能适应早晚班轮班制度；
5、有便利店、超市或零售行业工作经验者优先；
6、身体健康，能胜任长时间站立工作；
7、具备团队合作精神，服从工作安排；
8、无不良嗜好，诚实守信，责任心强。
