· To be a frontline point of contact for existing members when arriving at the hotel, to welcome the guest, assist with inquiries and reservations and escort members to the restaurants

· To approach non-members in low-key manner, either directly or through referral by hotel associates, and inform about the Club Marriott membership

· Be visibly present in the restaurants during lunch and dinner meal period, and on-property during other peak periods, inform non-members about the programme

· Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed with the Hotel
