岗位职责
1、鼓励预定团队实现一贯的Reservation高分。
2、实施宾客意见调查问卷,提高部门服务质量。
3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供最新和最准确的房况信息。
4、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
5、为所有的预订部员工准备工作时间和日程表。
6、管理每日/每月/每年的所有的日常通信的书写。
7、根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、普通话清晰。
3、具有良好的产品电话销售技能,能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化。
4、具有销售业务谈判能力,能合理调配酒店产品,分清先后,实现客房销售目标。
5、具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力,清楚,条理地表达销售意向。
6、能够督导团队成员的预订工作,指导下级提高电话销售能力。
