Responsibilities/岗位职责:
· Responsible for deciding sales objectives by forecasting, projecting expected sales volume and profit/预计销量与销售利润,设定销售目标;
· Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work result/负责计划销售人员的招聘并分配销售任务,持续跟进销售工作进程,以期达到销售端运营指标;
· Maintains sales force by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees/负责筛选、招聘、培训员工,做好销售团队建设;
· Maintains sales force job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning,monitoring, and doing performance management/做好销售计划、管理及绩效管理工作,确保良好销售业绩;
· Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process./ 在工作中明辨销售流程中需提升的重要方面;
· Collaborating with central teams to improve sales processes around culture, discipline,incentive, leads and closure./ 与中心团队协作,以改善团队文化与纪律、奖励措施、销路、销售转化等相关的销售工作流程;
· Responsible for development of a B2B Lead channel with complete P&L ownership/负责B2B客户渠道的构建,并对盈亏负责;
· Identifying and finalizing new sources of lead generation and setting up processes for scalability /寻找并把握业务机会,促成销售实现;设定促进业务增长的流程;
· Driving conversion of the leads through engagement with Region Heads/ City GM’s/与销售分区 CEO及地域负责人/城市 GM 协作,拓展销路;
· Driving growth of the channel proactively and working with DMs spread across the geography/与各个区域的销售经理协作,前摄性地促进渠道销售增长;
· Develop processes and tools for implementation of lead generation and improve conversions/开发用于销路拓展及提高销售转化率的流程与工具。
Required Skills/任职资质
· Experience in hospitality, travel agency, O2O or corporate sales of at least 7 years/至少 7 年的酒店行业、旅行代理、O2O 或企业销售经验;
· Strong connections with relative clients /知客户所想,善于维护客户关系
· Demonstrates high ownership and analytical skills/责任心强,分析能力佳;
· Fluent communication and ability to manage large teams/擅长人际沟通,有管理大型团队的能力;
· Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams/此前有管理跨部门团队经验;
· Focused and possess sales mindset/有专注力,拥有良好销售思维;
· Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven/思维敏捷,工作热情,积极性高。
