【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店前台的日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及提供问询服务
2、准确处理客房预订信息，及时更新房态并协调客房部确保房间清洁与维护
3、熟练操作酒店管理系统，确保账务处理准确无误，完成每日对账及交接工作
4、受理客人投诉及特殊需求，及时反馈至相关部门并跟进解决进度
5、维护前台区域整洁有序，保管好客房钥匙、贵重物品寄存等前台物资
6、协助销售部门完成会员推广、协议客户维护等增值服务
【岗位要求】
1、高中及以上学历，18-35周岁，形象端正，身高女性158cm以上/男性168cm以上
2、普通话标准，具备基础英语交流能力（需能处理外宾简单需求）
3、具备良好的服务意识和抗压能力
4、熟练使用办公软件，有酒店管理系统操作经验者优先
5、无经验可培训，但需具备快速学习能力及团队协作精神
6、持有酒店管理相关证书或旅游服务类专业背景者优先考虑
计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：18-35岁
