【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店园区内绿化植物的种植、养护及日常管理工作；
2、定期修剪、施肥、除草、病虫害防治，确保植物健康生长；
3、维护园区景观设施，包括草坪、花坛、灌木及乔木的造型修剪；
4、根据季节变化调整绿化方案，确保园区四季景观效果；
5、管理园林工具及设备，确保安全使用与定期维护；
6、协助制定园林绿化年度计划，并落实执行；
7、完成上级交办的其他园林相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、年龄30-50岁，身体健康，能适应户外工作；
2、具有3年以上园林绿化或相关工作经验，熟悉常见植物特性；
3、掌握植物栽培、修剪、病虫害防治等专业技能；
4、具备基本的园林工具操作能力，如割草机、绿篱机等；
5、责任心强，工作细致，有团队协作意识；
6、客情忙时需去洗衣房协助帮工；
7、能适应弹性工作时间，如节假日或特殊活动期间的绿化保障需求。
