【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常安全巡查工作，确保酒店各区域安全无隐患
2、管理并指导保安团队，安排值班表及工作任务分配
3、处理突发事件及宾客投诉，及时采取应急措施并上报
4、监督消防设备检查维护，定期组织消防演练
5、配合公安机关做好治安联防工作，完成相关登记备案
6、检查出入车辆及人员，做好物品进出登记管理
【岗位要求】
1、身高175cm以上，身体健康，无不良嗜好
2、具备基本安防知识和突发事件处理能力
3、有较强的责任心和团队管理能力
4、能适应倒班工作制，吃苦耐劳
5、退伍军人或有酒店安保经验者优先
6、持有保安员证或消防设施操作员证者优先
