工作职责：1. 负责制定并执行保安团队的日常工作计划，确保各项安全措施得到有效落实。2. 监督并指导保安人员执行巡逻、门禁管理、监控查看等安全保卫任务，确保公司/小区/场所的安全秩序。3. 定期组织保安人员进行安全培训和应急演练，提升团队的安全意识和应急处理能力。4. 负责处理突发事件和安全事故，及时上报并协调相关部门进行妥善处理。5. 与其他部门保持密切沟通，共同维护酒店的安全稳定。6. 定期对保安工作进行总结和评估，提出改进建议，不断优化安全管理流程。
任职资格：1. 具备3年以上保安管理工作经验，有保安主管或类似职位经验者优先。2. 熟悉安全保卫相关法律法规和操作流程，具备良好的安全意识和风险防范能力。3. 具备较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效指导和管理保安团队。4. 具备良好的沟通能力和应急处理能力，能够在突发事件中迅速做出反应并妥善处理。5. 身体健康，无不良嗜好，能够适应倒班和加班的工作要求。6. 持有有效的保安员资格证书或相关职业资格证书者优先。
