任职资格：
1.年龄要求：25-50岁，工程类专业毕业或受过工程类培训。 2.具备相关专业知识，有实际操作动手能力、维修经验。
3.有电工上岗证或特忠设备操作证等。能够出色的做好对客服务技能，机智灵活的处理工作忠遇到的难题和压力。 4.身体健康，品貌端正，刻苦勤奋，工作细致，有良好的服从能力和责任感。
5.条件优秀者可适当放宽要求。
岗位要求：
1.确保所管辖的系统及附属设备的安全节能高效运行和保证设备处于优良的状态中；
2.切实执行上级指示，认真贯彻落实岗位责任制，督导下属员工严格执行规程及遵守员工守则；
3.确保各项工作严格按照规章制度执行；
4.制定、完成设备的维修保养计划；
5.制定、执行电气设备的安全操作规程，防止工伤意外发生；
6.管理好本系统的电器材料、员工借领工具、领用材料的登记及保管制度；
7.搞好本系统的日常行政工作、设备运行，确保工程工作单、设备维修保养单的工作按时、按质按量完成，并统计维修成本；
8.完成上级安排的其他工作。
