【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房的日常清洁与整理工作，确保客房卫生标准符合酒店要求；
2、及时补充客房内的各类用品，如毛巾、洗漱用品、茶具等，并检查设施设备是否完好；
3、按照服务流程为客人提供入住、退房等相关服务，确保客人需求得到及时响应；
4、发现客房设备故障或损坏时，及时上报维修并跟进处理；
5、协助处理客人提出的合理需求，提供优质的客房服务体验；
6、遵守酒店的安全与卫生管理制度，确保工作区域整洁有序。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识，能够以热情、耐心的态度对待客人；
2、身体健康，能适应一定强度的体力劳动，如搬运物品、长时间站立等；
3、工作细致认真，有责任心，能独立完成客房清洁与整理任务；
4、具备团队合作精神，能与同事有效沟通协作；
5、有酒店客房服务经验者优先；
