岗位职责：
1、 热情有礼和快捷地为宾客办理入住及退房手续，并提供热情有礼和有效率的服务。
2、 熟悉酒店服务设施，为客人推介及提供咨询服务。
3、为团体做好接待和准备工作。
4、为客人提供外币兑换服务。
任职要求：1、中英文电脑打字技巧，懂得使用现代化商务工具；
2、一年以上前台实践经验，较熟悉接待处的服务工作程序，有一定处理问题的能力和推销能力；
3、具有较强的语言表达、沟通能力和较高的英语水平；
4、具有良好的职业道德和自信心；
5、性格开朗，宾客服务意识强，有自控能力，办事有效率；
6、具有责任心和合作精神，工作态度认真、仪表整洁、礼貌待人。
