Job delegation to duty engineers and technicians.
根据运营需要，合理分配值班工程师和技术人员的工作职责，确保各项工程任务高效完成。Supervise and co-ordinate contractors for in-house equipment (include Fire Safety Equipment) servicing/repair.

Ensure all the shift duty personnel are conducting daily maintenance checklist.

Analyses and prepares on a monthly basis, the heat, light & power consumption figures for submission to the Chief Engineer.
每月分析并准备气、电、水能耗数据, 提交总工程师。
Provides input and assists the Chief Engineer in preparing the annual repairs and maintenance and heat, light & power budgets. ·
提供投入, 协助总工程师准备年度维修保养及气、电、水能耗预算。
To attend meetings as directed by the Chief Engineer.
根据总工程师的安排参加内部及跨部门会议，确保信息有效沟通与协调。Develop maintenance engineering records to determine inspection and repairs for all equipment.
建立并维护工程设备档案和维修记录，为设备检查、维护及维修工作提供依据。Establish and supervises the Preventive Maintenance program.
负责预防性维护体系的建立与执行监督，确保工程设备安全、高效运行。Develop an engineering organization to operate efficiently.
建立并完善高效运作的工程团队组织架构。Establish a training program for all staff.
负责制定、组织及落实部门员工培训计划，促进员工发展并提高团队整体绩效。
