As Room Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible forthe following duties:
作为客房维保主管，您需要承担以下职责：
· To check the room maintenance plan and quality.
检查并监督客房保养计划执行及保养质量。
·To assist in formulating bill of materials toaccomplish tasks.
协助列出材料价格以便完成工作。
·To assist in maintaining adequate inventory of generalbuilding maintenance.
保证酒店维修所需物品充足。
·To check the hotel area fine decoration equipment andarrange maintenance plan and its implementation.
检查酒店各区域精装设施，并安排维修及做好保养计划和实施。
·To execute all works assigned by work order center andengineering office.
完成工作分配中心和工程部办公室分配的任务。
·To assist and supervise all works carried out bycontractor.
协助和管理承包商完成的项目。
·To make all architectural repairs to the building asper assignments or on own initiative, ensuring all work meets the local codes.
按照工作分配或主动完成维修工作，保证设施达标。
.To conduct inspection to the building as schedule andgive advice of conditions which might affect the operation of the hotel as wellas any potential safety hazards?
有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。
· Assist in the construction of exhibits and displays asassigned.
根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。
·Perform all other duties which may be assigned by theChief engineer or any other authorized engineer.
执行工程总监或指定工程师安排的其它工作。
· To maintain clean work place & storage area.
保持工作区域和储存区域的清洁。
· To strictly adhere to fire and life safetyregulations.
严格执行防火和人身安全规定。
·To perform assigned task under emergency situations.
在紧急情况下执行应急程序。
·Maintain all tools and equipment properly
保持工具和设备完好。
As RoomMaintenance Supervisor, we expect from you:

· Holderof relevant certificate
持有相关证书
· Minimum3 years of relevant working experience with similar position
3年以上相关岗位工作经验
· Basiccomputer skills
基本的计算机技能
· Operationalexperience from other hotel divisions or similar industry desirable
有其他酒店部门或类似行业的运营经验者优先考虑
· Goodcommunication skills
良好的沟通能力
