As Duty Engineer, you will be responsible forthe following duties:
作为值班工程师，您需要承担以下职责：
·Responsible for the assignment of job/task to shifttechnicians and ensures that such completed work conforms to the standards soestablished by the Hotel.
负责岗位/任务的分给当班次技工, 确保完成的工作符合酒店规定的标准。
·Ensures energy conservation measures are attending toand contribute new ideas for further improvement/savings. 
确保节能措施的实施, 并为进一步改善/节约提供新的思路。
·Conduct daily briefing of ENG.
开展工程部每日简报
·Communicates with his immediate subordinates for thedaily maintenance of equipment in accordance to establish engineering policies.
根据既定工程政策, 与直属下属沟通设备的日常维护
·Attends daily meeting and disseminates appropriateinformation/instructions to his subordinates. 
参加日常会议并向下属发布适当的信息/指示。
·Receive all guest/other department engineeringcomplaints and assign duties to technicians according to gravity of breakdownand job priority. 
接收所有客人/其他部门的工程投诉, 并根据故障的严重性和工作重点向技术员分配职责。
·Conducts random inspection of all work done bytechnicians in his shift. 
对技工在轮班时所做的所有工作进行随机检查。
·Ensure a proper and thorough handover of duties to theDuty Engineer on the next shift. 
确保到下个班次的值班工程师进行适当和彻底的职责移交。
·Carry out daily inspections of electrical rooms, watertank plant rooms, pool pump rooms, boiler room, fire command centre, generatorroom etc are done and written properly. 
对电气室、水箱车间、水池泵房、锅炉房、消防指挥中心、发电机室等进行日常检查, 并做好书面处理
·Appraises the performance of his subordinates andmakes such recommendations to his immediate superior. 
评估下属的业绩, 并向直属上级提出建议。
·Provides guidance and technical training to immediatesubordinates in the performance of their duties. 
对直属下属履行职责提供指导和技术培训。
·To manage all the energy management and wasterecycling in the resort.
管理酒店的能耗管理和废物回收
·Be part of the emergency response team and train tohandle emergencies in the resort.
应急小组的一员，训练处理酒店的紧急事件
·Conduct daily swimming pool water test and ensure poolare top up & chemicals daily added to ensure pool quality is up tostandard. 
每日泳池水测试, 确保池顶的化学品每日添加, 以确保池质量达到标准。
AsDuty Engineer, we expect fromyou:

·Holderof relevant certificate
持有相关证书
·Minimum3 years of relevant working experience with similar position
3年以上相关岗位工作经验
·Basiccomputer skills
基本的计算机技能
·Operationalexperience from other hotel divisions or similar industry desirable
有其他酒店部门或类似行业的运营经验者优先考虑
·Shiftwork is required
接受倒班工作
·Goodcommunication skills and good command of written English & Chinese.
