岗位职责：
1.招聘渠道管理：负责拓展、维护与优化招聘渠道，线下招聘会、校园合作、内部推荐渠道等；定期评估各招聘渠道的有效性，根据评估结果调整渠道投入，降低招聘成本，提高招聘效率。
2、部门协作与沟通：与酒店各部门保持密切沟通，深入了解各部门的业务发展情况及用人需求变化，及时调整招聘策略；向各部门负责人反馈招聘进展，提供人才招聘方面的专业建议，协助部门解决用人问题；在新员工入职后，与用人部门沟通新员工的适应情况，收集反馈意见，不断改进招聘工作。
3、全面负责招聘全流程工作，包括发布招聘信息、筛选简历、组织面试（初试、复试等）、进行背景调查、发放录用通知等，确保各岗位及时补充合适的人才。
