岗位职责：
1.在前厅部经理的直属领导下，负责酒店前厅的正常运作；
2.负责处理宾客的客房问题及投诉，做好重要宾客的接待工作；
3.负责进行整个酒店民宿的安全和日常的设备检查工作；
4.组织实施培训和学习，整体提升前台接待及礼宾员的服务意识及业务技能；
5.协调部门之间关系，与其它部门做好衔接，配合公司整体运作。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上资历；
2.两至三年同级别国际连锁酒店的工作经验；
3.具有较强的组织协调能力；
4.较强的团队合作意识，强烈的责任感及自我激励能力；
5.有耐心，高度责任感并且积极的应对各种问题；
6. 能够承受工作压力；
7. 能熟练操作电脑系统；
8. 流利的英语口语和书面表达。
