1. 负责酒店各部门人员招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及录用跟进。
2. 优化招聘渠道，招聘网站，合作院校等招聘合作关系。
3. 负责新员工入职手续办理，离职员工离职手续办理。
4. 协助部门经理组织开展酒店公共培训及员工活动，协助部门制定培训计划并监督实施。
5. 监督每个部门培训计划的开展，确保实现培训目标，并保存酒店的培训记录。
6.定期抽查员工仪容仪表及产品知识。
7. 完成部门经理安排的其他工作任务。
