8. 交接班前检查送餐车和物品是否归位。
9. 要做到手勤、脚勤、眼勤、口勤，及时为客人提供服务。
10. 维持对酒店产品和服务的高度了解已便于向客人解释和销售。
11. 承担起宾客满意的责任。
12. 保持工作区域的高度整洁。
