岗位职责：
•Supply of work to do to ensure the hotel's normal business, supplier management. Daily morning schedule to the Ministry of receipt supplier delivery time and quality delivery of goods, the number of supervision, if found quality problems, should be promptly processed and reported.
做好供应工作保证酒店的正常营业，对供应商进行管理，每日上午按时到收货部对供应商的送货时间以及送货物的质量、数量进行监督，如果发现质量问题，应及时处理并汇报。
•Do the market research work within the stipulated time, in conjunction with relevant departments to conduct market research to understand the different prices for the same quality of goods, a clear market price trends, as well as the quality of the case for some time. After made the appropriate forms, reports superiors for approval.
做好市场调查工作，按规定时间，协同相关部门进行市场调查，了解同等质量下的不同价格，明确市场的价格走向，以及一定时间的质量情况，并制成相应的表格，报上级领导审批。
•For the department for procurement of goods, to make specifications, quantities, implementation models, application department must provide samples, to avoid errors purchase. None of the finished product in a market situation, to draw a good supplier with comp image according to department requirements, and implemented one by one size, material, color and so on.
对于部门申请采购的物品，要做好规格、数量、型号的落实工作，并提供样品，避免错购，在市场无成品的情况下，要配合供应商根据部门要求画好样图，并逐一落实尺寸、材质、颜色等。
•Strictly abide by the financial system, for since the purchase of goods, to do the invoice with the goods counterparts, to the receiving clerk approval. Acceptance immediately after the financial account, do not drag, not credit account. 
严格遵守财务制度，对于自购的物品，要做到发票随货同行，一并交与收货员验收。验收完毕后立即到财务报账，不拖账、不挂账。
•Strictly had approved purchase requisitions, should urge supplier quality and timely delivery.
对已审批过的采购申请单，应督促供应商保质保量按时送货。
•When they go out to contact the business, managers should be fully informed of the whereabouts to contact work.
外出联系业务，应详细告知经理去向，以便工作联系。
•Good communication between the various departments of the various departments need to be aware of the requirements of items.
做好与各部门之间的沟通工作，对各部门所需要物品的要求做到心中有数。
•Other work assigned by the leadership.
做好领导交办的其它工作。
