岗位职责
Job Description
1.负责餐饮部行政管理工作,制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划。
Responsible for the administrative management of the food and beverage department, and formulate and implement all plans for catering operations.
2.负责实现部门的营业收入指标和利润指标。
Responsible for realizing the department's operating income indicators and profit indicators.
3.有效的结合酒店总体方针指定餐饮部的工作计划。
Effectively combine the hotel's overall policy to specify the work plan of the Food and Beverage Department.
4.预见相关重要经营数据的动向并及时制定行动方案。
Foresee the movements of relevant important business data and formulate action plans in a timely manner.
5.监控、调节和管理整个餐饮部的成本和预算。
Monitor, regulate and manage the cost and budget of the entire food and beverage department.
6.高效的沟通技巧。保证与各个部门、各环节人员进行积极的、畅通的沟通,使部门问题得到及时解决。
Efficient communication skills. Ensure positive and smooth communication with all departments and personnel, so that departmental problems can be resolved in a timely manner.

Job Recuriments
1.大专以上文化程度,2年以上同岗位工作经验。
ollege degree or above, more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
2.善于同其他部门沟通与合作。

3.在工作中具有组织性和时间控制能力。

4.具有准确的判断力,在沟通中保持主动性。
