岗位职责:
Job description
1.部门文件的收发、建档工作。
Sending and receiving and file files of departmental documents.
2.根据部门的业务需要,草拟稿件、打印、编号并发送至店内外有关部门、单位或客户。
According to the business needs of the department, draft the manuscript, print, number and send it to relevant departments, units or customers inside and outside the store.
2.确保与其他部门及时协调,跟进好活动细节和业务运作。
Ensure timely coordination with other departments, follow up on the details of the activities and business operations.
3.根据酒店的政策,按时并有效率的执行应有的职责和任务,实现职位所有的目标。
According to the hotel's policy, perform the due duties and tasks on time and efficiently to achieve all the goals of the position.
4.建立和保持主要客户的文件,协助高级销售经理维护账户管理系统。
Establish and maintain documents for major customers and assist senior sales managers in maintaining account management systems.
5.完成酒店管理层交代的其他工作任务
Complete other tasks assigned by the hotel management
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.有相关职位工作经历优先。
Work experience in related positions is preferred.
2.熟悉酒店知识。
Familiar with hotel knowledge.
3.有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力,同时具有敬业精神及团队意识。
Have good organizational and coordination skills, language skills and understanding, and have professionalism and team awareness.
