岗位职责:
Job description
1.负责酒店前台的接待和管理工作,熟知前厅服务设施的功能,处于完好状态。
Responsible for the reception and management of the hotel front desk, familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities, in good condition.
2.督导下属,委派工作任务,明确岗位责任,随时调整工作部署。
Supervise subordinates, assign work tasks, clarify job responsibilities, and adjust work deployment at any time.
3.保持良好的客际关系,能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。
Maintain good interpersonal relationships and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
4.按照BSA标准培训员工,培养员工对客积极的服务意识。
Train employees according to BSA standards to cultivate employees' active service awareness.
5.随时做好迎接和处理(对内和对外)的宾客事宜。
Always be greeted and handled (internal and external) guests.
6.协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。
Assist the hotel with a higher level of leadership to deal with emergencies.
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.拥有2年及以上相同岗位工作经验优先。
Work experience in the same position with 2 years or above is preferred.
2.具有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
3.具有良好的判断力和工作主动性。Have good judgment and work initiative.
4.以较强的人际交往能力提高客人满意度,保证向酒店内部和外部客人提供高质量的服务。
Improve customer satisfaction with strong interpersonal skills and ensure high quality service to both inside and outside the hotel.
