MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :

负责处理一般紧急事件,指示并监督防损员按部门和酒店的要求履行他们的职责。协助经理进行事件调查和报告,培训及监督下属遵守酒店规章制度。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
安全操作Security Operation
Take charge of daily operation in SEC.
负责监督防损部班组日常运作。
Report to Manager all hotel property deficiencies and safety or security hazards
酒店所有的财产的损失和安全或安全隐患都要汇报给经理
To control all monitors and fire extinguish system, and keep them in good operation.
负责对监控仪器,设备及消防设施之管理,保证其运作之完好性。
Ensure checks are conducted on fire panel, fire hose real outlets and fire barriers and all other safety equipment and ensure that all are in good working order and report to the Safety Manager any item of equipment which is faulty
确保检查好火灾监视盘,灭火水带的出水口等所有的安全设备,确保所有的区域在良好的运作中,汇报防损部经理,如果任何设备出了问题。
To check all the fire establishment and safety walkway in hotel to make sure they are compliant with the safety standards.
定期检查酒店范围内的防火设施及消防通道,符合安全标准。
Participate all security training plans,frequently to check the security status to keep any hidden trouble from happening, and report to the department manager in time.
参与所有安全培训计划活动,负责经常性检查酒店治安状况,杜绝安全隐患,并将检查情况及时反馈到部门经理。
Maintain a good working knowledge of the following:掌握以下工作知识:
The hotel switchboard .酒店切换开关。
The control points and the working of the hotel’s gas and air conditioning system.
各个工作点的酒店通风排风、空调系统
The hotel’s fire indicator board, fire wardens telephones and public address system.
酒店的火警指示、火灾报警电话以及公共处理系统。
Maintain a good knowledge of the liquor act and criminal code.
熟悉掌握犯罪法规。
Make way by escorting VIPs and dignitaries when directed and direct traffic away from Lobby and other busy thorough fares.
为VIP客人开道和指挥,当他们的车队直接出入酒店时。
Ensure that the safety control office is never left unattended
确保安全监控中心始终有人。
Deal with sudden events like theft and protect the scene ASAP, and report to superior in time.
如酒店内发生盗窃或意外事件,及时处理并保护现场,并及时向上级报告。
To write reports tidily and accurately.
精简及准确地编写报告。
To keep good relations of all the departments in hotel, and cooperate with them closely if needed.
与酒店各部门保持良好关系,如有需要,各部门紧密合作。
Check the log book of each shift and sign it.
检查本班人员的“工作日志”并签名。
Prepare the daily report and submit to Security Office.
要书写每日工作报告,并交到防损部办公室。
Provide escort duty for money transfers to the General Cashier’s office or bank as required.
为财务提供至银行的押运。
To accept additional tasks when necessary.
必要时接受额外工作和责任。
紧急应对Emergency Response
In the event of emergency, instruct Loss Prevention Personnel to perform their duties as the request of manager.
紧急情况下,按经理要求履行职责。
In the event of absence of Loss Prevention Manager, Asst. Manager should take the entire responsibility and make decision in emergency.
在防损经理不在时,听从副经理的处理决策。
设备维护Care of Equipment
Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.
监督设备的维护和使用。
All property equipments meet the requirement of security & safety procedure & policy; suggest appropriate improvement to concerned department if necessary.
所有酒店设备符合安全要求,并提供改进意见。
培训和员工活动
Assist SEC Manager to conduct regular training courses especially for those new employees. Check associates grooming and greeting, service standard, work efficiency as well as professional knowledge.
协助部门副经理计划并组织定期的部门员工尤其新员工的培训。定期检查员工的仪容仪表,礼貌礼仪,服务水平,工作效率及实际专业知识。
Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.
积极参与公司组织的员工活动。
Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.
督促防损部员工了解和遵守酒店仪容和卫生的标准。
出勤Attendance
Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.
遵守出勤和考勤制度。
To supervise other security associates to ensure all of them standing to the rules.
负责监察防损员及确保员工遵守酒店规则和条例
All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.
所有的排班变化,包括年假、调休、事假等要由防损部(副)经理同意。

Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations.

Do things fairly with an effective recognition program.

Complete the other reasonable duties assigned by HRM.
