• Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, report problems and propose suggestions.

• Attend Housekeeping departmental meetings.
• 参与客房部部门会议。
• Grasp information of hotel’s special activities in order to discover and meet guests’ needs.
• 掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。
• Be familiar with hotel so as to provide information to guests.
• 熟悉酒店情况,向客人提供相关信息。
• Be willing to help guests and accompany them to the specific place of hotel at their requests.
• 乐于帮助客人,并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。
• Complete tasks assigned by Management.

• Report major complaints to supervisor.

• Operate equipment in a right way.
• 安全正确地使用保洁设备。
• Maintain stock levels.
• 合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
• Recycle resource as far as possible.

• Work in line with business requirements.
