• Prepare induction programs for new employees and allocate sufficient time for their implementation
为新员工准备工作纪要并为他们的执行安排充分的时间。
o Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member
指导员工的培训工作与部门的标准及程序保持一致,并针对每一个员工的表现做好记录。
o Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
指导查看和鉴定评估使其符合公司的方针。
o Ensure new staff attend Corporate Orientation within first month of hire
确保新员工在受雇的第一个月内参加企业定位的学习。
o Coach, counsel and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
指导、训练员工,与员工进行交流,接收员工的反馈信息有利于提高工作业绩。
职位资格和技能:
• Oversee the implementation of linen room standards and procedures
监督布草房的标准和程序的执行。
• Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis
在现行运作的基础上,对标准和培训需求作出改进建议。
• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all linen room systems
掌握目前的、全面的布草房体系的相关知识。
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over
