工作职责:
Identify and analyse the local welfare standard, to ensure that the benefits provided by the hotel have trade competitiveness.
识别和分析本地福利标准,确保酒店提供的福利具有同业竞争力。
Audit the overtime working and cease to control the human resource cost.
审核合理的加班与补休,控制人力成本。
Correctly and promptly check Monthy Attendance Record to make sure of prompt issue of monthly salary.
每月及时、准确的审核员工考勤,确保工资的正确发放。
PEOPLE员工团队
Assist to organize all kinds of team activities to build positive working environment (such as staff birthday party, fun game, small games, etc.).
协助组织各种有利于团队协作的活动,为全体员工营造积极的工作氛围(如员工生日会、趣味比赛、小型运动会等)。
Manage employee with Band 8 – Band 10 performance management system and recruitment cycle, succession planning and ensure compliance program of work.
管理10-8级员工的绩效管理系统和招聘周期,继任者计划,确保遵守工作程序。
Maintain good communication with internal staffs, provide staff with accurate information and explanation when necessary.
与内部员工保持良好的沟通,需要时向员工提供准确的信息和必要的解释。
Assist AHRM to organize all kinds of employee meeting, and keep smooth communication of information in order to improve employee satisfaction
协助人力资源副经理组织各种员工沟通的会议,保持信息沟通顺畅,以提高员工满意度。
Conduct, document and analyze data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports and etc. to identify trends, training needs, supervisory issues, etc. Actively carry out all kinds of activities to improve employee satisfaction
收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计数据、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势。积极开展各类有利于提高员工满意度的活动。
To build good relationship with Departments and staffs by professionalism and positive attitude in order to promote team spirit and ensure the effective interactive communication.
部门及酒店员工间应以专业和积极的方式交往以培养良好的关系,促进团队精神和确保有效的互动交流。
任职要求:
Human resources professional bachelor or above degree or equivalent qualifications, 2 years related working experience. With management experience is preferred. Have a professional human resources is preferred. All human resource matters need to secrecy. Need to master the local language. It is prior who can use other language.
人力资源专业学士及以上学历或同等资历,2年相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑。具有专业人力资源职称者优先考虑。需对所有人力资源事务进行保密。必须掌握本地语言。能同时使用其它语言者优先。

Frequent use problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organization and training abilities.

Need to use mathematical skills frequently, including basic mathematics, budget, profit/loss concept, percentage and difference adaptations, etc.

May need to work in the night, weekends and holidays.
可能需要在夜间、周末和假日期间上班。
