1.每周定期召开客房部办公例会及每月的部门业务会议

2.监督，知道，协调全部房务活动

3.配合并监督销售部客房销售控制工作

4.负责客房的情节卫生，维修保养，设备折旧，成本核算，成本控制等工作

5.保证客房和公共区域达到卫生标准，确保优质服务，设备完好正常

6.知道客户服务中心，迅速准确的为客人提供各类服务

7.审核员工培训计划，合理分配及调动人力，并检查员工的礼仪礼貌，仪容仪表劳动态度和工作效率

8.确保客人的人身及财产安全。

9.拟定上报客房部全年工作计划，季度工作安排，提出年度客房各类物品的预算，并提出购置清单

10.处理投诉，发展同住店客人的友好关系
