团队管理：负责预订部的日常运营和管理工作，合理安排团队成员的工作任务，确保各项工作有序开展。监督团队成员的工作表现，定期进行绩效评估，并根据评估结果进行奖惩和培训指导，提升团队整体业务水平。
预订业务处理：统筹处理各类预订业务，包括但不限于客户的电话、在线平台等渠道的预订请求。确保预订信息的准确性和完整性，及时录入系统，避免出现预订失误。
客户关系维护：关注客户需求，妥善处理客户在预订过程中遇到的问题和投诉，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。与客户保持良好的沟通，主动了解客户的反馈和建议，为公司的服务改进提供参考。
流程优化：不断优化预订部的工作流程和操作规范，提高工作效率和服务质量。协调与其他部门的工作衔接，确保预订业务的顺利进行。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、口齿清楚，音质优美，待人热情，工作负责。
3、会说和听懂宾客使用的主要语种，英语良好。
4、通晓酒店的服务设施、各营业点的服务项目、服务时间以及收费标准，掌握总机房所有设备的操作程序，机器性能。
