【岗位职责】
1、全面负责餐厅、大堂吧、宴会等餐饮部门的日常运营管理，确保服务品质与营运效率达到酒店标准。
2、制定并执行餐饮部年度预算、营收计划及成本控制方案，达成经营指标。
3、监督食品安全、卫生及操作流程的合规性，确保符合当地法规及集团政策。
4、优化菜单设计、酒水搭配及促销活动，提升客户体验及消费频次。
5、管理餐饮团队（包括中餐厅西餐厅等服务人员），负责人员排班、培训及绩效考核。
6、处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象与客户关系。
7、协调与采购、市场、房务等部门的协作，推动跨部门资源整合。【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先，5年以上高星级酒店餐饮管理经验。
2、精通餐饮运营全流程，包括成本控制、菜单设计、服务标准及食品安全管理体系。
3、具备优秀的团队领导能力，能有效激励员工并提升整体服务水平。
4、出色的数据分析能力，熟悉餐饮收银系统及财务预算工具。
5、英语流利，能应对国际化客户需求。
6、持有食品安全管理员或相关职业资格认证者优先。
7、抗压能力强，适应弹性工作时间及高强度工作环境。
