【岗位职责】
1、全面负责中厨房的日常运营管理工作，包括菜品研发、菜单设计、成本控制及厨房团队管理；
2、制定并执行厨房操作标准及流程，确保菜品出品质量、口味及食品安全符合酒店标准；
3、监督食材采购、验收及库存管理，合理控制成本，减少浪费；
4、负责厨房员工的排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队专业技能与服务意识；
5、与其他部门协调合作，确保中厨的高效运转；
6、定期分析厨房运营数据，优化工作流程，提升运营效率及客户满意度；
7、确保厨房设备维护及清洁卫生符合酒店及行业相关标准。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的中餐烹饪技术及丰富的厨房管理经验，熟悉川菜及其他地方菜系；
2、熟悉厨房成本控制、食材采购及库存管理流程，具备较强的成本意识；
3、具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效激励员工并提升团队协作效率；
4、对食品安全、卫生标准及厨房设备维护有深刻理解，确保合规操作；
5、具备较强的抗压能力及应变能力，能够高效处理突发情况；
6、具备创新意识，能够根据市场需求及客户反馈优化菜品及服务；
7、有高星级酒店或知名餐饮企业工作经验者优先。
