【岗位职责】
1、负责机电工程部的全面管理工作。
2、履行管理处签定的管理合同、完成管理处下达的各项工作任务；
3、确保机电设备处于安全、良好的运行状态；
4、执行政府部门制定的有关行业安全法规、加强安全管理和教育，建立各级安全制度，防止发生安全事故；
5、对设施、设备的运行、维修和保养工作进行定期和不定期检查、保证设施、设备的正常运行(每周必须进行一次全面检查、每月不少于一次夜间检查)；
6、负责组织制定设施、设备维修保养计划和方案，并组织检查和落实；
【岗位要求】
1、高中以上学历，工程类或电工专业。
2、2年以上工作经历，其中有1年以上星级酒店或知名物业公司住宅物业工作经验。
3、精通强/弱电、空调、给排水、暖通、消防、装饰等专业知识与经验;具有一定的管理能力和组织协调能力。
4、良好的职业形象，工作认真、负责，原则性强、廉洁奉公，能吃苦耐劳，精力充沛。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-45岁
