【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议及餐饮的预订管理工作，确保预订流程高效准确
2、处理各类预订渠道（电话、网络、协议客户等）的订单，及时录入系统
3、监控房态并合理调配房源，提升客房入住率
4、定期分析预订数据，编制预订报表供管理层决策参考
5、协调前台、销售等部门，处理特殊预订需求及突发事件
6、维护客户档案，跟进重要客户及VIP的预订服务
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店前台或预订相关工作经验者优先
2、熟练使用酒店管理系统（如Opera等）及办公软件
3、良好的数字敏感度及数据分析能力
4、优秀的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识
5、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强
6、注重细节，具备高度责任心和工作主动性
