【岗位职责】
1、负责信贷业务的日常管理与风险控制，确保信贷流程合规高效
2、审核客户信贷申请，评估客户信用状况，制定合理的信贷方案
3、监控信贷资产质量，定期分析信贷数据，及时发现并处理潜在风险
4、协调与银行、金融机构的合作关系，优化信贷渠道与资源
5、协助制定信贷政策与流程，提升团队业务能力与效率
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的金融、财务或相关领域知识基础
2、较强的数据分析能力，能独立完成信贷风险评估
3、良好的沟通协调能力，能与内外部团队高效合作
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力
5、有相关信贷或金融工作经验者优先
