【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店财务管理工作，包括预算编制、成本控制、资金管理、税务筹划及财务分析等；
2、建立健全财务管理制度及流程，确保财务工作的合规性和高效性；
3、监督日常财务核算、报表编制及财务数据审核，确保账务准确性和及时性；
4、统筹资金计划与调配，优化现金流管理，提高资金使用效率；
5、对接审计、税务、银行等外部机构，协调处理相关事务；
6、参与酒店经营决策，提供财务数据支持及风险预警建议；
7、领导财务团队，制定培训计划，提升团队专业能力。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的财务专业知识，熟悉企业会计准则及财税法规；
2、具备优秀的财务分析、预算管理及成本控制能力；
3、具备较强的风险意识及问题解决能力，能独立应对复杂财务问题；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效协作；
5、具备团队管理经验，能有效激励和培养下属；
6、熟练使用财务软件及办公软件，如用友、金蝶、Excel等；
7、具备酒店行业财务管理经验者优先。
