【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店夜间运营管理，确保前台、客房、安保及工程等各环节正常运转，处理突发紧急事件并上报管理层。
2、监督并协调夜班员工的工作安排与服务质量，审核夜间预订、账务及入住/退房流程，确保数据准确无误。
3、代表酒店接待重要宾客及VIP客户，跟进入住体验与特殊需求，处理客诉与纠纷，提升客户满意度。
4、检查夜间公共区域及设施设备状态，落实安全巡查与消防制度，防范安全隐患。
5、汇总夜间运营数据，完成值班报告，参加晨会交接，确保白班与夜班信息无缝衔接。
【岗位要求】
1、学历、经验及年龄不限，但需具备良好的人际沟通与组织协调能力，能适应倒班工作节奏。
2、熟悉酒店前台操作流程及客房管理基本知识，有酒店管理、客户服务或团队带领经验者优先。
3、具备突发事件快速应变与独立决策能力，能在压力下保持冷静并有效解决问题。
4、熟练使用酒店管理软件（如PMS、Opera等）及办公软件，具备基础财务对账知识。
5、责任心强，服务意识佳，能以身作则带领夜班团队完成每日运营目标。
