RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 责任和方法
1.  Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as staff welfare & benefit and all staff activities.

负责社会统筹金的核算，做好向地社会统筹办的咨询工作。

订做员工名牌。
·  Prepares birthday card for associate
准备员工生日卡。
·  Follows up associate performance evaluation.
跟踪员工工作表现评估结果。
·  Maintains associate leave record.
归档员工请假记录。
2.  Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and directs communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
通过员工布告栏、信函或直接联系等方式，向员工宣传好人事制度和饭店规章。
 
ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责
1.  Pension calculation & communication with pension center.
负责社会统筹金的核算，做好向地社会统筹办的咨询工作。
·  Prepares associate name list; check with the list issued by Pension  Center.
准备员工名单，对照社会统筹办的名单。
·  Prepares bank check and send to pension center on time.
办理银行支票并及时支付社会统筹金。
·  Prepares associate name list and bank check every month for associate medical insurance.
每月准备员工医疗保险、员工名单和银行支票。
·  Coordinates with medical insurance center to handle all associate hospitalization case according to government policy.
·  根据国家有关政策，与医疗保险办公室协作，依照政府相关政策，办理员工住院手续。
·  Collects all government pension & medical insurance policy and keep good communication with top management.
注意收集政府有关社会统筹和医疗保险的政策，与相关管理人员保持良好的关系。
2.  Associate service: personal file transfer & communication with labor office.
对员工的服务：做好与劳动厅的人事档案交流工作。
·  Picking up files at the beginning of each month.
每月初取回档案。
·  Reviewing personal files.
检查人事档案。
3.  Associate check out.
办好员工离店手续。
·  Check out time is every week.
每周为办理员工离店手续时间。
·  Preparation of the working certificate.
办理工作鉴定。
4.  Locker administration.
管理员工更衣室。
·  Making key tags.
做钥匙牌。
·  Passes all locker number information to Assistant Human Resources Manager.
将全部更衣柜号码归纳列表，提交人力资源部副经理。
5.  Making name badge.
订做名牌。
·  Making name badge for new staff.
为新员工订做名牌。
·   Loss of name badge: charge according to associate handbook.
如名牌丢失，具体罚款金额详见员工手册。
6.  Prepares birthday card for associate.
为员工准备生日卡。
·  Prepares the birthday card at the beginning of each month.
每月月初准备好生日卡。
·  Asks for GM’s signature.
交总经理签字。
7.  Prepare early for notice board
提前准备布告栏张贴内容：
· Preparing early in the morning
每天清早准备好张贴内容。
· Putting up on staff bulletin board.
在员工布告栏内张贴。
8. Follow up employment contract review.
作好员工合同的跟踪。
·  Reminds concerned department heads.
作备忘录通知相关部门经理。
· Collection of performance evaluation.
收集员工工作表现评估。
· Preparing employment contract for renewal.
准备续签合同。
· Preparing regret letter for non-renewal of employment contracts.
不需再续签合同的，准备至歉信。
9.   Follows up associate performance evaluation.
跟踪员工工作表现评估。
·  Informs concerned department heads.
作备忘录通知相关部门经理。
10.  Maintains associate leave record.
对员工请假记录作归档。
·   Checks according to hotel policy.
核对请假是否符合饭店制度。
·   Inputs information to computer.
每周两次将资料输入电脑。
·   Distribution of forms.
分发请假申请表给各部门。
·   Organizes committee meeting every two months.
每两个月组织一次。
·   Collecting articles.
收集投稿文章。
·   Finalizes the issue.
最后定稿。
·   Checks and confirms all draft print issue.
校对并确定印刷草样。
