DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

1. Supervises and participates in the activities of the Linen Section such as :

监督并参与制服房的以下工作：

(a) Sorting, counting and issuing newly laundered linen/uniforms in stock sizes

储存，清点，发放新洗好的布草/制服

(b) Segregating defective linens for repair or condemnation.

分开需要修补的布草

2. Issues linen and uniforms to outlets, departments and personnel concerned, on an even exchange system (strictly on NO SOILED, NO CLEAN basis) – reporting the number and other relevant data in appropriate log books. Issues and records guest room linen to utility man for delivery to different floors.

根据更换体系分发布草和制服，记录数目和其他相关信息。发放并记录不同楼层客房使用的布草

3. Maintains and updates systematic file of names or a log book of all employees entitled to uniform, uniform purchase and for incoming and outgoing linen/uniforms.

4. Supervises periodic inventory of all linen/uniforms and other Housekeeping linen equipment; prepares monthly reports.

5. Prepares necessary requisition of the requirements of the section for approval of the Executive Housekeeper.

6. Ensures the adequacy of linen supply by constantly keeping track of past, present and future activities in the outlets, function rooms, guest rooms, employee’ lounge – in co-ordination with the Laundry Department.

7. Checks incoming and outgoing flow of outside laundry for control purposes.

检查发出和收回自外部洗衣房的布草数量

8. Ensures sufficiency of rugs supplied daily to Room Attendants and Houseman.

9. Performs other duties that may be assigned.
