【岗位职责】
1、全面负责前台日常运营管理工作，确保前台服务流程高效顺畅，提升客户满意度；
2、监督和指导前台员工的服务标准、礼仪规范及操作流程，定期组织培训与考核；
3、处理客户投诉及突发事件，及时协调解决，确保服务质量符合酒店标准；
4、负责前台排班、考勤及绩效管理，优化团队工作效率；
5、与其他部门（如客房、餐饮、销售等）保持良好沟通，确保跨部门协作顺畅；
6、审核每日报表、账单及入住数据，确保信息准确无误；
7、协助前厅经理完成前台预算控制、物资管理及成本优化工作；
8、参与制定并执行前台服务标准及流程改进方案。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业背景者优先；
2、至少2年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉酒店前台操作系统（西软）及办公软件；
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效处理客户及员工关系；
5、具备较强的抗压能力，能适应倒班工作制；
6、服务意识强，注重细节，具备良好的问题解决能力；
7、英语基础良好，能进行基本会话及书面沟通。
