1.Design Hotel marketing collaterals

2.Liaises with suppliers to deliver brand standards in all printing and hotel items

3.Maintains hotel photo file
保管酒店图片档案
4.Maintains hotel image library
保管酒店影像资料
5.Co-ordinates hotel photography when required
在需要时协调酒店摄影
6.Create and coordinate festive promotion and decoration in hotel
制作和协调节日推广及酒店装饰
7.Develop hotel gifts and giveaways
对酒店发放的小礼品进行设计
8.To supervise the printing quality of hotel collateral and brand items

9.Maintains mailing list/contact file

10.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

11.Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
