Job responsibilities
岗位职责

1. Assist it manager to make the plan and leadership of hotel computer management system;
协助IT经理制定酒店电脑管理系统的计划领导权力；

2. Assist it manager to evaluate the computer operation of operators and departments;
协助IT经理考核电脑运营员和各部门的电脑操作；

3. Assist it manager to put forward corresponding treatment suggestions to those responsible for equipment accidents;
协助IT经理对造成设备事故的责任者提出相应的处理意见；

4. Participate in the duty of computer room, regularly inspect the operation of equipment inside and outside the computer room, and timely deal with various fault management scope of equipment inside and outside the computer room;
参加电脑机房值班，定时巡视机房内外设备运转情况，及时处理机房内外设备所发生的各种故障管理范围；

5. Basic maintenance of hotel network system;
酒店网络系统的基本维护；

6. Software and hardware maintenance of computer system and peripherals in each department;
各部门电脑系统及外设的软硬件维护和保养；

7. Hotel management system, restaurant collection system, telephone billing management system, financial system daily maintenance.
酒店管理系统，餐厅收款系统，电话计费管理系统，财务系统用友的日常维护。


Job requirement
岗位要求

1. Proficient in computer professional knowledge, with the basic knowledge of hotel management system.
精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识

2. Have certain English reading ability.
有一定的英语阅读能力。

3. Able to solve all kinds of problems in daily computer system independently.
能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题。

4. Be able to carry out daily maintenance of equipment. Be responsible for the work and ensure the normal operation of the computer system.
能进行设备的日常维护。对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行。

5. Have certain ability of organization, management and coordination.
具有一定的组织管理协调能力。
