概述：
Overview:
负责制作酒店的宣传印刷品及设计。管理酒店的照片库，为酒店的活动负责拍摄照片并根据品牌标准编辑调整。帮助市场传讯部保证酒店所有的印刷品、广告和设计符合品牌标准。 与合作团队（包括餐饮、会议和活动、销售、收益管理/预订）就宣传品设计及制作进行良好合作。
Manage the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateral and other graphic design. Manage photo database, take photos for all hotel events and edit photos according to Brand standards. Support the Marketing Communications team in maintaining all Brand standards for all hotel collaterals, advertising and design work. Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations) on collaterals design and production.

Core Responsibilities:

· Develop hotel and marketing collateral's according to Brand standards for promotions.
所有的设计都必须有一个时间进度表，以便有足够的时间进行校对并由高级管理人员批准。
· Provide all Project visual requirements within required timeline to ensure sufficient time for proof readings and approval by senior managers.
为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
· Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing team for all collateral, advertisement and design work.
负责酒店所有的照片拍摄和编辑工作。
· Responsible for all hotel photo shooting and photo editing.
在设计工作上学习并经常更新创意趋势及相关信息。
· Learn and be updated on the latest creative trends for design work.
与市场传讯经理合作，确保所有的创意和设计是符合品牌标准。
· Work with Marketing Communications Manager to ensure the creative and design meets Brand standards.
管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片和活动照片等，用于酒店推广。
· Manage hotel image database with official hotel photos and event photos to be used in hotel promotion.
妥善保管、节约使用各种美工工具、材料和设备。
· Keep well and save every kind of art tools, materials and equipment.
完成上级领导分配的其他工作任务。
· Complete other tasks assigned by Superior.

较强的平面设计及线上营销方面的知识
· Strong knowledge and experience in graphic design and online marketing
较强的时间管理技巧，能够处理多重任务
· Strong time-management skills and able to multi-task
熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、电脑平面设计、相片处理和印刷编辑软件。
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, graphic design, photo publishing and editing software

要求学历及资质：
Education/Certifications:   
具有市场营销，酒店管理，商业管理或相关领域的大专学历或职业证书。
· Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1年相关工作经验或类似的管理经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
·1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
