Overview:

协助工程主管负责整个酒店及大厦的维修，确保在你的专业领域中高标准完成工作并满足客户的需要和期望。

Assist the Engineering superior with general hotel and building maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard within your established trade which meets the needs and expectations of your customers.

主要工作职责：

Core Responsibilities:

锅炉技师 Boiler Technician

操作锅炉并负责与供汽有关的所有维修工作

· Operate boiler and attend all repair works related to steam supply.

保养所有其他调整锅炉质量和洗衣房系统的系统

· Maintain all additional systems which adjust the quality of boiler and laundry systems

记录锅炉、洗衣房和蒸汽系统的机械读数

· Record mechanical readings of boiler, laundry and steam system

进行维修国内冷热水系统，冷却水系统、卫生下水道系统、灌溉/喷泉系统和泳池。

· Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems,

storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools.

负责维修或更换客房，公共区和后勤区所有的浴室/卫生间设备

· Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and

back-of-the-house areas.

equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV, telephone, TV, fire lives and safety equipment & system.

要求学历及资质：

Education/Certifications:

技术学校电气/电子/机械制冷和空调/水管专业中任何一个专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上3年相关工作经验，包括1年担任管理职责的经验，或同等的教育和经历。拥有酒店经验者优先。持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。

Technical school graduate either in one of the trades of electrical/electronic/mechanical/refrigeration & air conditioning/ plumbing or obtains vocational training plus 3 years of experience in related work, it include 1 year in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hotel experience preferred. Professional certification and license if required by law.

暖通空调技师 HVAC Technicaian

负责制冷设备的维修和保养，如，涡轮冷冻机、风冷式冷冻机、步入式冷藏室和冷冻室及其他商用/工业制冷设备

· Attends to repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as centrifugal Chillers, air cooled Chillers, walk in cold room and freezer rooms and other commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment.

Attends to repair and maintenance of air conditioning equipment such as window units, package units and fan coil units.

机修/管道技师 Mechanical and Plumbing Technician

实施国产冷热水系统、冷却水系统、风暴和卫生下水道系统、灌溉/喷泉供水系统和游泳池的维修和保养。

· Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools.

实施电弧焊接和氧乙炔焊接

· Carries out electric arc or oxy acetylene welding .

更换或新的施工工程，可能包括安装白铁皮、PVC和铸铁管道和必要的托臂支架的装配。

· Replacement or new construction projects which may include GI, PVC and cast iron piping and fabrication of necessary brackets supports for installation.

负责客房、公共区域和酒店后勤区域所有厕所/盥洗室固定装置的维修或更换

· Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas.

· Cleans all manholes and clears sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.

装修技师 PMM Technicain

负责客房内的PMM工作

· Attend PMM work in the guest room

负责维修及所有墙面，地板、外墙、天花板和设备的内外瓷漆或乳胶漆的上漆，以配合现有的未道漆。

· Attends to repairs and painting of all surface walls, floors, facades, ceilings and equipment both indoor and outdoor with either enamel or emulsion paint as required to match existing finish.

负责门，窗，木材板和家具物品的上漆。

· Attends to varnishing items such a doors, windows, timber panels and furniture.

· Responsible for preparation of all surfaces prior to painting or varnishing.

要求学历及资质：

Education/Certifications:

Obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in any types of interior decoration work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional certification and license if required by law.
