Responsibilities 
Marketing Plan: Initiate overall marketing plan for new Stey properties, from pre-opening to post-opening marketing strategizing  and execution, working closely with sales team to make sure the plan is in line with the sales plan and timeline.
 
Digital marketing: Oversee the SEO/SEM spending and performance on different platforms (including but not limted to Bing, Baidu, Google), constantly analyze and improve on its efficacy. Manage Stey’s official website and APP’s marketing-related content.
 
Social media marketing: Strategize and execute the content of Stey’s social media channels, including but not limited to Wechat, Weibo, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook; the content needs to be closely tide to the marketing strategy.
 
PR: Increase and quality and the quantity of PR exposure with both local and international, online and offline media, by maintaining a good relationship with the media and pitch them with interesting features that would be relevant to their editorial needs. Also need to respond and oversee photo shooting that takes place at Stey.
 
Brand collateral: Work with product team and other departments who has design needs on collateral products.
 
Events: Collaborate with community managers to host interesting events for Steyers, for the purpose of both solidifying the current tenant’s involvement with the community and/or attracting potential new customers.
 
Co-branding Opportunity: Explore suitable brands to develop co-branding partnership with, whether in the form of hosting events together or other method to enhance Stey’s brand image.
 
OTA Channel Marketing: Work with revenue department to participate in OTA channel’s online marketing campaign, and to      ensure that the content on the channels are always update to date and accurate.

Requirement
   Possess 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality/travel/ lifestyle/ luxury industry. Having worked in a start-up environment is a big big plus.
   Experienced in managing a small team
   Existing strong connections to media that would be applicable for Stey product.
   Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to generate social media content in both languages indecently.  
   Oversea work or educational experience in a big plus
   Open-minded and a strong problem solving attitude.
