1.全面负责酒店的房务工作，监管和指导前厅部、管家部等部门的日常工作，确保酒店环境的安全、清洁、舒适、便利和安宁。

2.保证员工为客人提供热情、周到的服务；尽可能满足客人的住宿要求，最大限度地提高客房的出租率、客房收入和平均房价。

3.完成营业收入预算，控制劳动成本和支出，在职责范围内获取最大的利润。

4.参与并制定房务部经营管理计划和房务部日常管理规范。

5.负责组织和监督实施房务部经营管理计划。

6.负责安排房务部管理人员的日常工作，并对其工作进行指导和考核。

7.监督房务部各部门的工作流程和服务质量，保证其严格按照酒店和部门的各项规章制度和岗位流程，以使达到要求保障酒店的声誉。

8.督促、指导、检查前厅部及管家部的管理人员执行岗位责任制和落实各项方针、政策与计划的情况，并定期向总经理提出干部任免和员工奖惩方面的意见和建议。

9.负责检查贵宾房、参加迎送贵宾、探望患病的客人的工作。

10.遇到客户投诉，及时采取有效措施努力消除不良影响，维护酒店的良好形象。

11.与其他部门做好沟通工作，与下属经理做好沟通和配合工作，保证工作能有效有序进行。

12.进行员工培训，提高员工的工作质量和工作效率。

13.监督和检查前厅部和客房部的安全工作，消除各种存在的各种隐患。
