协助凯悦嘉轩招聘，入职为延庆世园凯越嘉轩酒店。
岗位职责
1、当进行所有采购时遵循酒店的采购政策和程序、从供应商获取三家具有竞争力的价格以使酒店成本最小化；
2、对任何所需物品与供应商,代表面谈并获得所需的信息,规格,报价,并处理随后对采购的沟通和协商、向供应商下定单以确保及时送货以满足酒店需求并跟踪未完成的定单以确保满足运营需要、为采购定单选价并决定合适的供应商以获得最佳质量和价格、进行市场调查以了解市场趋势和价格浮动；
3、保管零用现金(若存在)以确保其未被未授权使用，保存在保险箱内；
4、定期收集市场采购单价格、定期检查合同供应商以确保其价格仍有竞争力、通过定期调查其他酒店运营供应商的价格清单,保持对竞争者的相似产品的了解、分析市场趋势以预见可能的价格波动,以达到维持长期或短期的库存；
5、确保所有文件（采购订单，发票，送货单等）及时转送给应付账款员、与餐饮部成本控制员进行沟通与协商，为食品库，酒水库与物品库建立合理库存量、建立供应商的资料信息库；
6、灵活的处理工作时间、确保正确的工作实践及该工作区域的安全不受危害,使得意外的风险和员工赔偿费用最小化、及时,有效,友好地处理所有要求和询问；
7、执行一切额外的工作,以确保酒店职能顺利运作、严格遵守道德准则、
