【岗位职责】业主酒馆公司财务专员岗位：
1、负责酒管公司日常财务核算工作，包括收入、成本、费用的账务处理及核对；
2、定期编制，汇报财务报表，确保数据准确、及时，并协助完成月度、季度及年度财务分析；
3、监督酒管公司收入稽核流程，确保收入数据的完整性和准确性；
4、负责酒管公司应付账款管理，包括供应商对账、发票审核及付款安排；
5、协助完成酒管公司预算编制及执行情况的跟踪分析；
6、配合内外部审计工作，提供所需财务资料并落实审计整改事项；
7、参与酒管公司资产管理，定期盘点固定资产及低值易耗品；
8、完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、财务、会计、审计等相关专业优先，具备基础财务知识；
2、熟悉财务软件（如用友、金蝶等）及办公软件（Excel、Word等）操作；
3、具备良好的数据敏感性和逻辑分析能力，能独立处理基础财务问题；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；
5、有酒店行业财务工作经验者优先，无经验者可接受培训上岗；
6、能适应酒店行业的工作节奏，具备一定的抗压能力。
