岗位职责
1. 协助销售经理完成销售工作。
2. 接听电话，做好记录、传达、留言和传真的回复工作。
3. 为本部门准备例会所需文件，负责记录，会后做出会议纪要。
4. 将本部门的文件、记录分发到相关部门。
5. 负责办公室用品的申领及保管工作。
6. 负责市场销售部所有行政助理和办公行政方面的工作；
7. 协助销售部，确保顺畅运作，及时有效的完成每日工作任务；
8. 协助销售经理带客人参观场地展示酒店可以提供的服务；
9. 完成销售数据统计工作。
10. 协助每日日常报表的整理及汇总。
11. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
12. 积极参加部门内部培训，提升专业技能
