工作职责：1.	General supervision of shift operation, all team members under his control and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction from the Chief Engineer.根据总工的指示，全面对工程部的运转进行监督，负责对员工进行分配工作。2.	Liaise with the Engineer in the department preventative maintenance program and supervise the implementation during his duty.与各主管联络，在本班内检查计划维保工作的进展情况。3.	Inspect and control the efficiency of all plants, associated system and equipment.检查和控制所有机房、相关系统和设备的运转效率。4.	Recommend changes of equipment or procedures to achieve the highest possible savings on operation and energy cost.从节能方面提出有关设备和运转程序的建议。5.	Maintain a Log Book of all occurrence during his watch.在本班内在记录本上记录发生的事情。6.	Ensure smooth hand－over to the next shift team member and discuss action to be taken with respect to uncompleted work and any special attention required.确保顺利交接下一个班次，对于未完工作所需采取的措施和需特别关注的事项要交接清楚。7. Assist in coordinating the work of contractors on the scheduled job.协调承包商工作的时间安排。10.	Act as a fire chief during his duty. Be responsible for the hotel safety.在本班次内全面负责酒店消防工作。11.	Supervise and inspect hotel department’s fire preventive works and take proper measures to stop any violation of the fire prevention works.监督和检查各部门的消防工作，对违反的行为进行制止。12.	Supervise and train technicians and apprentices in the correct performance of their duties and development of skills and knowledge to prepare them for eligibility to high grades.监督员工的工作表现并培训提高员工的工作技能，使员工有能力胜任更高职位。13.	To manage the working tools, and register the team member’s name that had get the tool.管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度。14.	Responsible for recommending disciplinary action in respect of his subordinate.负责对员工的过失提出处理建议。15.
