岗位职责
1.参加餐厅例会，每天召开餐前会，安排当日工作重点，及时传达上级指示。
2.按工作程序做好与各餐厅及厨房、饮料部关系，及时对部门间争议提出界定要求。
3.按月制订餐厅经营目标和工作计划，报批通过后执行。
4.巡视、监督、检查餐厅所属员工的各项工作。5.搞好客人关系，处理顾客投诉。
6.定期向餐厅经理述职，及时解决下级工作争议。
岗位要求
1.相关行业两年以上从业经历；
2.熟悉餐厅的服务流程，对吧台出品有一定了解；
3.具备相关的管理经验和管理能力；
4.能对服务员进行培训；
5.热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心。
